The Data Scientist is responsible to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to extract insights from data and drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. They are responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform business strategies and initiatives. Additionally, they develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future outcomes and optimize business processes. The Data Scientist collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, business intelligence, and data engineering, to understand business requirements and develop solutions that address business challenges. They also play a key role in data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis
Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across various domains and industries.
Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
Devise and utilizes algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
Analyze data for trends and patterns and Interprets data with a clear objective in mind.
Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with software developers and machine learning engineers.
Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging Company data to drive business solutions.
Works as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities and work closely with the engineering team to strategize and execute the development of data products.
Mine and analyze data from Company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Knowledge in interpreting data, analyzing trends to make better decisions
Knowledge of enterprise data architecture.
Knowledge of risk analysis, process improvement and system engineering
Knowledge of techniques used in the design of web application
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
