Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Superintendent to manage and execute electrical commissioning activities for pipeline projects. The candidate will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure safe and compliant operations, and coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, and Client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage electrical commissioning activities on pipeline projects.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of commissioning work.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Client Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead, guide, and monitor commissioning teams to meet deadlines while maintaining technical quality.
Review and verify commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical documentation.
Monitor, record, and report test results; maintain accurate commissioning records.
Ensure safe execution of commissioning activities following site procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
Support start-up, system handover, and post-commissioning operations.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by project management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical commissioning, preferably in pipeline projects.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong coordination and leadership skills for multi-discipline teams.
Good command of English (oral and written).
Knowledge of safety standards, commissioning procedures, and industry best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site.
Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
