As the restaurant prepares for continued growth and operational expansion, the organization is seeking an accomplished culinary leader to drive excellence across all kitchen operations.
The Role
The Executive Chef will lead the full culinary operation, holding responsibility for menu direction, kitchen performance, team leadership, and culinary innovation. The position requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while ensuring operational efficiency and cost discipline.
The Executive Chef will oversee menu engineering, seasonal concept development, and culinary strategy aligned with the restaurants premium positioning. In addition, the role will lead the recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of kitchen teams, ensuring a disciplined, high-performance environment that consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience within luxury, fine-dining, or high-end Asian restaurant environments, with demonstrated success managing full kitchen operations and driving culinary innovation. Strong expertise in Asian, Southeast Asian, or fusion cuisine is essential, with exposure to sushi-led concepts highly advantageous.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership capability, advanced operational and cost-management expertise, and a proven track record of building and developing high-performing culinary teams while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
