What you’ll do:

Perform field works including installation, commissioning, maintaining and upgrading of power distribution products such as MV/LV Switchgears, Electrical Panels, Transformers and protection relays etc.).

Visit customer sites to inspect and diagnose issues with power distribution assets. Recommend and implement solutions for repair, upgrade, replacement, and life extension of equipment.
•Ensure Energy Efficiency and Asset Reliability
Support customers in optimizing energy usage, extending asset life, and maintaining continuous, reliable power supply.
•Deliver Exceptional Service Support
Provide technical assistance through phone consultations and on-site visits. Prepare and submit detailed service reports following each site visit.
•Adhere to Safety and Compliance Standards
Execute all service activities in alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
•Document and Share Technical Knowledge
Prepare comprehensive documentation of service issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
•Investigate and Resolve Technical Issues
Analyze product performance, identify root causes of service problems, and implement corrective actions promptly.
•Respond to Customer Inquiries Promptly
Address customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
•Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex product issues and improve service delivery."



Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering 
8+ years experience from the ME market will be preferred.



Skills:

Expertise in servicing and maintaining low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) switchgears. 
Expertise in servicing and maintaining power distribution transformers.
Proficiency in transformers, protection relays, and switchgear retrofits. 
Hands on experience in mechanical side of the switchgears and transformers.
Experience in switchgear/transformer maintenance and upgrades.
Experience in UPS systems is a plus
