About the role You will be responsible to provide operational support in various sections of Heavy Maintenance Control Center (HMCC) functionalities including work scope review, preparation and splitting of work package, package printing for 3rd party, work package monitoring control release to production, collect and analyze technical data, formulate various reports for the HMCC management, preparation of daily Aircraft Status Board (ASB), updating SharePoint and PCAM (Post C-Check Aircraft Monitoring) reports and review of back to birth traceability of components during lease return.
Some of the tasks include: Tech-Cell
- Gather all relevant aircraft technical data required by the HMCC Management to assist in carrying out in-depth operational performance review and manpower-workload analysis.
- Update heavy maintenance Aircraft Status Board (ASB) for the current aircrafts check progress and upcoming aircraft dock-in based on Heavy Maintenance plan (HMP) on daily basis for management review. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Heavy Maintenance Aircraft dock-in/dock-out delays, defects reviewed during the check and post C-Check first flight delay analysis for weekly department meetings. Consolidate Aircraft defects noted during the warranty period post aircraft release from C-Check for PCAM (Post C-Check Aircraft Monitoring) reports and update the share-point for management review.
- Provide a single point of contact for gathering data required for generation of various reports for HMCC Management Dashboard.
Production Planning & Control
- Assist Senior Planning Engineer/Planning Engineers for work scope evaluation and pre-input agenda preparation.
- Work Package splitting and Sequencing and monitor Line, Light and Heavy Maintenance shift plans for timely execution of scheduled work.
- Monitor work progress and advice all concerned about technical status of Aircraft undergoing maintenance. Inform Flight Ops and Engineering services for any completed tasks requiring feedback before final Certificate of Release to Service as requested by fleet planning.
- Support certifying staff, as focal in check control room in ensuring that all requirements of work package are met and necessary procedure for paper work completion and task deferment is followed before aircraft release to service.

About you
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years Production Planning & Control environment.
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Degree (Bachelor in Engineering, BSc in Engineering)
- Good knowledge in TRAX, Aviation software/MRO system
- General knowledge of Aircraft Systems, Maintenance Environment constraints
- Good understanding of aircraft maintenance data, Part M and Part-145 Regulations and functions
- Good knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Planning, LEAN Fundamentals and Safety Management Systems is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment
- Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
