Your day-to-day:

• Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical inventories.
• Maintain stock inventories for all stores across all departments. 
• Maintain Asset inventories across hotel and coordinate any disposal / addition in asset register. 
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation.
• Prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, as required; Corresponds with stakeholders.
• Maintains inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.
• Provides accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decisions.
• Supervises and coordinates the appropriate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving reports, inventory requisitions applicable to items maintained.

What we need from you:

• Good experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Good English communication and teamwork skills
