Job description

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Knowledge in Windows, Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and user management
  • Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and structured cabling (CAT6 & fiber)
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, biometric access systems, and attendance devices
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and systems
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based resources
  • Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers for issue resolution, installations, and upgrades
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support logs
  • Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with company IT policies
  • Support IT projects, upgrades, system rollouts, and disaster recovery activities
  • Deliver timely, customer-focused support while meeting defined SLAs

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and end-user support
  • Proficiency in Windows OS & Windows Server administration
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts
  • Experience supporting switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks
  • Knowledge of structured cabling (CAT6 & fiber optics)
  • Experience with CCTV systems and biometric access/attendance devices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals and basic cloud administration
  • Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, servers)
  • Basic knowledge of backup, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant GCC experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration roles
  • Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments preferred
