Job Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks.


Drive continuous process improvements in project management practices.

Support change management activities related to project implementations.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2).


Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration.


Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).


Budgeting and financial management skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.


Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes.


Understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation.


Implementation of SaaS products


Knowledge of SCRUM methodology


Use of tools like MS Planner, MS Projects, Jira




Job Experience

Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
