Job description

We are seeking experienced Mechanical BIM Modelers to support ongoing building construction projects in Doha. Candidates must be available for immediate mobilization and have strong hands-on BIM modeling experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models in accordance with project requirements
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built models
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and BIM protocols
  • Support project teams with model updates and technical coordination

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
  • Proven experience on building projects (mandatory)
  • GCC project experience is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit MEP)
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required
  • Contract duration: 3 months (extendable)


Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
  • Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks is an advantage)
  • Ability to produce accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation
  • Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and project schedules
