OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Primary Purpose of the Job
1. Coordinates, interfaces, and oversees all maintenance and project activities in the assigned units.
2. Acts as the focal point for Operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources based on Terminal Operations priorities and
safety practices.
3. Liaises and facilitates communication among teams from maintenance planning, Operations, and maintenance to deliver the
activities plan.
4. Provides coordination between ON(M) Operations and Maintenance Division on multi-discipline works, including Management of Change (MOC), Plant Change Requests (PCRs), and scheduling of the work.
5. Ensures the implementation of maintenance modification works in accordance with QatarEnergy technical specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

1. Proficiency in both oral and written English.

2. Strong management and leadership skills, along with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively.

3. Proficient in quick troubleshooting, with decisiveness, sharp analytical, and computer skills.

4. Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner.

5. In-depth knowledge of field activities.

6. Proficient in organizing abilities and presentation techniques.

Educational Qualifications

1. A B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent education.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Operations, with at least 8 years in a Supervisory role.
