The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage staff and accommodations, ensure quality control, and handle key administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high cleanliness standards.Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.Address client concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.Manage guest accommodations and staff housing logistics.Oversee and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.Handle end-of-day payment collections and related documentation.Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
