Primary Purpose of the Job

Direct, control, and supervise assigned operational personnel that are engaged in production operations, to ensure hydrocarbon production is carried out safely, efficiently and OAR targets are met.



Required Experience and Skills
Strong team leadership and influencing skills.
Analytical/diagnostic skills.
Good written and spoken English.

Educational Qualifications
BSc degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline preferably in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering.
8 - 10 years hydrocarbon processing experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory position.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MSOffice suite and SAP CMMS.
