About your Role


You will act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert in managing the people performance management practice across the Qatar Airways Group. You will be formulating strategies, outlining roadmaps, managing the processes, systems and policies to support the Talent Management Vision


We need your experience in developing and implementing short and long-term PPM vision, strategies and roadmaps based on the best practices that suite the organization


Role and responsibilities


  • Gather, analyze and act on the internal customer insights gathered through surveys, HRBP inputs and the inputs from business leaders
  • Prepare presentations to the C-Suite to influence the new product or feature release to benefit the organization.
  • Measure and report on the process, systems, training, communications and the change management quality
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders and leaders to deliver value through an integrated talent management approach
  • Support the stakeholders in developing PPM rewards and recognition strategies
  • As an SME for the performance and talent processes, maintain and update policies, SOPs and guidelines as per the business need and best practices
  • Manage communications to promote the right employee behaviours across the organization and communicate PPM milestones to the leaders, HRBP employees and managers
  • Deliver workshops and sessions on goal setting, performance/ talent, ratings, calibration, performance feedback and coaching

Qualifications

About you


  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in implementing and managing Performance and Talent Management processes for large enterprises or different sectors/industries
  • Experience in Implementing OKRs, Internal mobility programme, rewards and recognition programme and 360 degree feedback
  • Experience in analysing data trends and patterns and providing data driven recommendations and solution.
  • Change Management champion
  • Experience in implementation of talent and ERP systems
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Experience in managing change/transformation project
  • Experience in using business intelligence and statistical tools
  • Experience implementing Total Rewards Initiatives
  • Experience in aviation industry is preferred
