Job Description
The Project Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals. The role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, while managing risks, budgets, resources, and stakeholders. The Project Director leads cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite.
