As a Project Engineer – Telecom, you will be involved in managing client relationships and project execution for telecom system installations in Qatar. You will lead teams, manage budgets, oversee technical designs, communicate with clients, and mitigate risks while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle

You will be involved in,
Stakeholder & Client Management - Act as the main contact for clients and contractors. Lead meetings, resolve issues, and manage change requests.
Project Initiation - Review scope and goals with Sales. Align project with client specs, HSE standards, and international codes. Prepare execution plan.
Project Planning - Create detailed plans with timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate schedules and ensure alignment with contract terms.
Team Leadership - Lead engineering and site teams. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth communication.
Budget & Cost Control - Manage budgets, track costs, and approve purchases. Forecast costs and handle scope changes.
Technical Oversight - Review and approve designs. Ensure proper integration of telecom systems and resolve technical issues.
Client Communication - Provide regular updates and reports. Manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Risk Management - Identify risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation plans.
Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance with standards. Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain project records, prepare reports, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Procurement & Vendor Management - Select vendors, manage procurement timelines, and ensure compliance with specs.
Installation Supervision - Oversee telecom system installation in challenging environments. Coordinate with other disciplines.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance - Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards. Coordinate permits and inspections.
Testing & Handover - Lead FAT/SAT and commissioning. Approve test procedures and manage client handover.
Project Closure - Finalize handover, conduct reviews, and support warranty phase. Capture lessons learned.
