Job Description

The Property/Assets Insurance Office in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance products, particularly in the retail and wholesale sectors, and will be responsible for managing client accounts, assessing risks, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.Conduct risk assessments to determine coverage requirements.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with underwriters to develop tailored insurance solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies.Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.Assist in the claims process by guiding clients through necessary documentation.Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.Preferred Candidate:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using insurance software and MS Office Suite.Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients.Adaptable to changing environments and able to handle multiple tasks.Proactive in identifying opportunities for client engagement.Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.Strong analytical skills for assessing risks and making informed decisions.Basic understanding of retail and wholesale insurance products.
