Job description

  • Supporting the project for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's quality management system, during procurement, fabrication and installation activities of the Compression project.
  • Analyze data effectively and decide on which information is relevant to Project.

  • Communication and influencing of various organizations acting globally in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Manages the resolution of problems in more demanding and less familiar situations using precedent and own acquired knowledge.
  • Promote quality culture within the project.
  • Maintain interfaces with Contractor to ensure that quality issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the Audit Universe by participating to the SAIPEM audit and follow up on all finding closure.
  • Provide feedback on quality issues; provide feedback on quality performance generally and maintain project KPI.
  • Providing continual communication, coordination and advice to the Head of Quality on the quality performance of the Fabrication Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
  • Conduct other quality related tasks as directed by Head of Quality
  • Lessons Learned process to continuously capture quality learnings from fabrication activities and to use them to develop and optimize process or specification improvements.
  • Issues and Risks management to ensure that fabrication quality issues and risks are captured and treated promptly and effectively.
  • Be part of the vendor Pre-qualification process and liaise with Share resources and for approval.
  • Coordinate the vendor performance evaluation during the project execution.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • ISO 9001 Lead auditor certification
  • 4 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
  • Knowledge of Industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry
  • Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently
  • Requires strong analytical, organizational and planning skills

    • Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
  • Work Schedule:
    • 10 Hours / 6 Days
  • Duration:
    • 36 Months, with possible extension
