Overview
As a Sales Advisor at
Cozmada, you will be the face of the brand, providing outstanding
service to customers and assisting them with their purchasing
decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a
pleasant shopping experience while meeting sales targets and
promoting our products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
- Maintain store displays and ensure products are neatly arranged and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (required).
- Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
