Pioneer Metal Company W.L.L | Qatar is looking for a 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 to support our cable tray business. This role is field-based, combining technical sales, customer visits, and coordination with internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant solutions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Conduct outdoor/field sales activities, including regular customer and site visits.
● Prepare clear and accurate quotations aligned with customer technical requirements.
● Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications.
● Perform load and deflection calculations for cable tray systems.
● Provide technical and pre-sales support to the Sales Team.
● Participate in technical meetings, site discussions, and presentations.
● Coordinate closely with production for drawings and technical submittals.
● Support customers post-order and provide order status updates.
● Maintain accurate documentation in line with QMS standards.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
● Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma with strong relevant experience)
● Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐬 / 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 / 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
● Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
● Comfortable with outdoor sales, site visits, and client-facing roles
● Ability to read and prepare drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks
● Strong communication skills in English
● Proficient in MS Office
● Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
● Strong coordination and teamwork skills
