    • Lead and manage the sales function for building materials across Qatar, driving revenue growth and market share expansion
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives and market potential
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, contractors, and project stakeholders
    • Oversee pricing, tendering, and contract negotiation processes to ensure profitability and compliance
    • Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
