The ideal candidate will oversee the entire application lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations, effective team leadership, vendor management, and compliance with security and performance standards. This role demands a strong techno-functional background, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Work with security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect data integrity.
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management.
Experience managing enterprise IT applications and large-scale IT projects.
Expertise in vendor and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of insurance domain (Life, Medical, and General Insurance) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL frameworks, and application monitoring tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL Framework.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and DevOps methodologies.
