The Senior Technical Proposal Manager leads the development and submission of technical proposals for projects, contracts, or tenders within a specific industry. This role involves analyzing project requirements, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and creating comprehensive proposals that align with client needs and specifications. Additionally, the Senior Technical Proposal Manager oversees the estimation process, ensuring accuracy in cost calculations and resource allocation.
Lead the development and submission of high-quality technical proposals in response to client requests.
Coordinate with various teams, including technical, sales, and management, to gather information and craft compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposal requirements and ensuring compliance with guidelines and specifications is a critical responsibility.
Manage the proposal timeline and milestones to ensure timely submission is essential for success.
Provide guidance and direction to proposal team members, including writers, subject matter experts, and graphic designers, is part of the role.
Develop proposal templates, tools, and best practices to streamline the proposal development process is a continuous effort.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on proposal activities, outcomes, and pipeline status completes the responsibilities of a Senior Technical Proposal Manager.
Advanced proficiency in developing technical proposals, including scope definition, resource planning, and budgeting, to meet client requirements.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of industry standards and best practices in technical proposal development, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulations.
Proven ability to analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), identify technical requirements, and tailor proposals to address client needs effectively.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
