About the job Technical Sales Engineer - Coordinator (Rotating equipment)
- Should possess the required knowledge & awareness of centrifugal pumps and/or other mechanical rotating eqpt and static equipment.
- Understanding customer requirements and aligning product offerings with them. Reviewing quotes from the principals, drawings, data sheets, specifications, bid clarifications, TBE, etc. to ensure that the proposal meets customers' requirements.
- Negotiating directly with principals to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
- Preparing proposals for customers that detail pricing, delivery schedules, and other relevant information about products or services.
- Should be able to read & interpret GA drgs,CS drgs, Part Lists, and have exposure to Aftermarket business.
- Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure orders.
- Expedite, Follow-up, Track orders from placement through delivery.
- Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure that the standards of quality are met and the correct quantity has been received.
- Contact suppliers/customers to resolve issues related to price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
- Vendor Registration/ Product Registration/Approvals
- Ensure timely invoicing of the orders as per the milestone/payment terms.
- Should have knowledge of INCO terms,Shipping documents of Air freight/Sea freight
- Should possess commercial knowledge of payment terms, bank guarantee, LC etc.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on aftersales performance.
- Should possess working knowledge of MS Excel, SAP,ARIBA and ERP systems
- Should be a self-starter, resourceful, initiative taker to take the lead in job function.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years experience of which at least 3 years in Inside sales
- Product Knowledge: Equipment & spare parts of Centrifugal Pumps, Bandlock Door Closures, Reciprocating pumps, Tank Mixers, Filters, Strainers,Gaskets etc
