Our client is seeking a skilled UX Specialist to ensure digital products deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences aligned with both user needs and business objectives. This role plays a key part in shaping end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms, driving usability, accessibility compliance, and continuous experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to support informed UX decisions.
UX Design & Prototyping
- Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs follow responsive design standards and accessibility guidelines.
Usability & Accessibility
- Assess interfaces against usability best practices and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Work closely with development teams to implement accessible and user-centered solutions.
Design Systems & Standards
- Maintain and enhance design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital products and platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align UX efforts with business objectives.
- Provide UX input and recommendations during planning, reviews, and delivery phases.
Testing & Optimization
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate and optimize user experiences.
- Review analytics and user feedback to drive continuous UX improvements.
UX Documentation
- Create and maintain UX documentation including research outputs, design specifications, and usability reports.
- Organize and manage UX artefacts for reference and audit purposes.
RequirementsExperience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, user research, and usability testing.
- Practical experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Experience using analytics and user feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
Certifications (Preferred)
- UX Design certification (NN/g, HFI, or equivalent)
- Certification in Usability Testing or Accessibility Compliance
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UX documentation.
Languages

- Arabic: Preferred
