Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Analyze project requirements and create telecom site designs and supporting technical documents
Perform engineering calculations and basic static assessments for towers, rooftops, and fiber installations
Collaborate with detailers to translate technical specifications into buildable plans
Participate in engineering reviews, quality checks, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Adapt plans based on market-specific standards (Germany, UK) and client-specific planning guidelines
Engage with clients, project managers, and site technicians to clarify technical issues and support site execution
Support documentation and continuous improvement of engineering processes and templates
Remain up to date on technical norms, material specifications, and structural regulations relevant to telecom infrastructure
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or related field
0–15 years of experience in telecom, construction, infrastructure, or industrial engineering
Familiarity with telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftop sites, fiber networks) is a strong advantage
AutoCAD proficiency required; experience with structural or electrical software tools (e.g.
RSTAB, Revit, EPLAN) is a plus
Good communication skills in English (German a plus)
