Operations & Business Executive (Founding Role)

A search is being conducted for an Operations & Business Executive to work in the founding phase of a company.

The role is operational and requires direct involvement in various operational tasks, with multiple responsibilities including operations, sales, logistics, marketing, e-commerce, and fieldwork, ensuring full compliance and high standards during the launch phase.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily operations for the company during the establishment phase.
• Take on multiple and varied tasks as per business needs.
• Supervise and directly execute all operational departments (whether mentioned or not).
• Prepare daily reports on work progress.

Financial Management:

• Monitor collections, deposits, and expenditures.

Operations and Logistics:

• Manage warehouses and storage (renting with a third party)
• Monitor shipments from inside and outside the Kingdom
• Coordinate with factories and shipping companies
• Manage distribution and returns

Sales and Account Management:

• Research and open new accounts with clients and retailers
• Manage Key Accounts
• Communicate, follow up, and receive returns.
• Search for new clients
• Execute merchandising tasks and categorize products

E-commerce and Digital Platforms:

• Create and manage the e-commerce store
• Open and manage sales accounts on (Amazon, Noon, Ninja, Jahez, etc.)
• List products and manage partnerships with platforms

Marketing and Social Media:

• Daily supervision of social media accounts
• Full coordination with the marketing company
• Monitor campaigns and prepare performance reports

Food Partnerships and Applications:

• Open and manage accounts with healthy restaurants and meal companies

Research and Government Work:

• Conduct market and competitor research
• Communicate with government entities (such as SFDA)
• Visit ministries and authorities and evaluate or follow up on official requests

Field Work and Travel:

• Follow up with clients in the field
• Collections
• Review banks and government entities
• Customs tasks
• Travel inside or outside the Kingdom as needed

Working Hours:

• Office hours from 9:00 AM
• Field hours from 8:00 AM as per task
• There may be periods of intensive field work during the launch
