Job Description Aircraft Electrical Supervisor - 00122812 Aircraft Electrical Supervisor Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE The Electrical / Environmental Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, operating, maintaining and repairing avionic and electrical systems, and components on the Hawk aircraft and support equipment. They will ensure that all resources are available and serviceable to support the demands of the flying operation, thus ensuring delivery of serviceable aircraft to accomplish the contractual operational and flying commitments. They will be responsible for the management of engineering and administrative support to the AMO as directed by the Rectification Av/Elect Superintendent; including but not limited to the management and implementation of all relevant company policies. Ensuring the Approved Maintenance Organisation is compliant with the requirements of the M&CA Mandates and Pt145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition with regards to maintaining aircraft, it’s components and resource SQEP levels and act as MIIP on any aircraft or ground support technical related issues
The position holder will be responsible for ensuring that BAE Systems maintenance support is delivered effectively to meet RSAF requirements and mitigate any activities likely to prejudice maintenance or safety, whilst remaining within the constraints the RSAF may apply to the Hawk Fleet. They will be responsible for providing support to the Approved Maintenance Organsation (AMO) to ensure delivery of serviceable aircraft to TAGF in order to accomplish the contractual operational and flying commitments. They shall be responsible for a team of technicians maintaining a strong safety culture whilst fault finding, repairing and delivering serviceable assets to maintain the customers daily flying programme. In addition, the Electrical /Environmental Supervisor is to provide accurate and up to date information to their Team Leaders to ensure the ETIC schedule is achieved, ensuring solutions to any arising issues are identified and rectified during maintenance activities. The management of repairable components into the supply repair channel, and ensuring their team maintain efficient and effective supply discipline. Ensure the procedural compliance governing Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration cycles, Support Equipment maintenance cycles, and the Tool Control system. Have extensive proven post qualification practical maintenance experience within operational flying aircraft environment supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training OR extensive experience on same aircraft type Relevant type training (‘Q’ Course) and equipment specific training if required, Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel. Relevant equipment specific training Thorough understanding of company processes and procedures Broad aerospace and defence company / industry knowledge. Proven supervisory experience within the area of definition.
