Alternatively, candidates may possess a two (2) year industrial/technical College Diploma, complemented by an extensive background of at least twelve (12) years in Architectural and Interior Design inspection, showcasing a robust understanding of this domain.
The candidate's resume must demonstrate a solid working knowledge and formal training in essential quality management standards and specifications, including ISO 9000, ASTM standards, the International Building Code (IBC), and guidelines from the Glass Reinforced Concrete Association (GRCA).
It is imperative that the resume also illustrates familiarity and practical experience with various construction and architectural codes, including but not limited to the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and the British Standards Institution (BSI).
