JASARA PMC is seeking an Assistant Information Manager to help support our mission of delivering exceptional project management services within the civil engineering sector. In this role, you will assist in overseeing and managing document control processes and systems to ensure that all project-related documentation is accurate, organized, and readily accessible. This position is vital to ensuring that our project teams have the information they need to execute their tasks effectively while maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of document control systems and processes across various projects.
- Support the organization and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent adherence to document control procedures.
- Facilitate the timely distribution of project documents to relevant stakeholders and provide training on document control practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of project documentation for compliance and integrity.
- Help compile and maintain document control reports and metrics to support project management activities.
- Act as a point of contact for project teams and stakeholders regarding document management inquiries.
