We are seeking a skilled Auto Denter to join our dynamic team at our automotive dealership and distributor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and dent removal techniques, ensuring that our vehicles are restored to their original condition. As an Auto Denter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-quality dent repairs on various vehicle makes and models, using specialized tools and techniques.
2. Assess damage to vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes.
3. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
5. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and costs, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies in the automotive industry.
7. Document all repairs and services performed on vehicles for record-keeping and warranty purposes.
8. Assist in training junior technicians and new hires on best practices for dent repair.
9. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an auto denter or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
5. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with various dent repair techniques, including paintless dent repair.
7. Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive repair tools and equipment.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
9. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
