Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead growth initiatives across KSA a for a leading global provider of L&D solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of learning and development systems, digital learning content, and B2B and B2G partnerships.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government and corporate learning sectors in KSACollaborate with product, marketing, and curriculum teams to tailor solutions for national market needs.Prepare and deliver customized proposals, tenders, and presentations to key decision-makers.Monitor sales performance, report on pipeline health, and deliver accurate forecasts.Represent the organization at expos, conferences, and industry networking events.


Profile

A successful Sales Manager KSA should have:
Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within edtech, HR tech, E-learning, Certifications industries.Strong network across the KSA corporate sector or government-related institutions is a plusProven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strategic partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong network of HR, L&D and Business Leaders (decision makers)Fluent in English and Arabic
