Overview

We are seeking a Business Development HydrogenAnalyst in Hydrogen to join our Hydrogen Department.


The Hydrogen Department is responsible for advancing the development of low carbon hydrogen business, capturing domestic and global opportunities to monetize the Kingdom’s competitive gas resources and reserves to establish Aramco’s footprint in the clean energy sector.


Your primary role is to advance the commercial viability of the Low Carbon Hydrogen/Ammonia into different markets with a focus on the Saudi Domestic Market. You will play a role in the implementation and execution of the strategies put in place for commercialization of Low Carbon Ammonia and Hydrogen and help in screening, analyzing, planning and developing new business opportunities while supporting existing ones.




Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate , you will be required to perform the following:


  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, domestic regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams and align business development activities with existing capabilities and targeted objectives.
  • Lead, support, and participate in negotiations and develop commercial contracts with potential customers.
  • Assist and contribute to the department and the company’s involvement into various market commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.


Minimum requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics from a recognized and approved program. MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial role, with a strong track record of commercial experience in the energy, industrial gases or related markets.
  • A combination of experience and knowledge of the power market, IGCs/ LNG market, and/or Hydrogen/Ammonia market, is preferred 
  • Excellent understanding of financial analysis, long term commercial contracts, and various types of commercial transactions.
  • Experience in navigating and influencing complex internal/ external stakeholder groups to ensure successful business outcomes
  • Adequate expertise in business and regulatory cross-functional professional practices
