Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Operational Excellence Manager to be based in KSA.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Develop strategies for the process improvement department to improve efficiency, reduce material usage variance, and optimize processes throughout the organization.Provide leadership and training in process improvement to all departments.Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with departments to plan and execute key process improvement projects.Lead the team in achieving annual targets.Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.Provide regular reports to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to operational excellence initiatives.Support project team for local and international projects.
