Position Overview: The Business Intelligence Analyst at Ninja will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop comprehensive reports, and design interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
Create and maintain intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key data points.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Perform market research and data forecasting to support business strategies and objectives.
Support the development of reporting standards and best practices across the organization.
Monitor data quality and integrity, conduct data audits, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
Provide training and support to team members in analytical tools and data interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.
g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
AI experience a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Experience with data visualization best practices.
