Job Description
Guide and manage the development of YASREF Strategic business goals and ensure its alignment with all the stake holders and departments. Develop roadmap to achieve business goal, involve all key stakeholders organize strategies and create business plan. Develop and manage the implementation of performance management system, build scorecards, KPIs and recommend performance improvement initiatives in compliance with corporate strategies, business plan and operational priorities.

Certification in Refinery Production and Planning Linear Programming.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
