Job Summary:


The Change Administrator is responsible for managing the change management process during the construction phase of a major phosphate EPCM project. This includes coordinating, tracking, and reporting all change requests, ensuring they are properly documented, assessed, and communicated in alignment with project controls, contract requirements, and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


Administer the end-to-end change management process for construction-related changes.


Receive, log, and track all Change Requests, Change Notices, and Change Orders.


Ensure timely evaluation and approval of change requests in accordance with the change management procedure.


Maintain a Change Register and ensure it is always up to date.


Collaborate with the cost and planning teams to ensure changes are reflected in budgets, forecasts, and schedules.


Support commercial and contractual analysis of change orders in coordination with contracts/admin teams.


Prepare regular change reports.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Relevant educational qualification


  • Relevant years of experience in change management or project controls on large EPCM/EPC projects.


  • Experience on mining, mineral processing, or industrial projects preferred (phosphate experience is a plus).
