Job Description

  • Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications. Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. Builds mini-applications with process simulation, often requiring rapid software modeling and/or product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer. May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.

    The Opportunity
    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to assess and implement innovative solutions for our customers. This role is key in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations by creating detailed specifications, providing training, and delivering exceptional technical and clinical support. You will be instrumental in expanding Beckman Coulter’s product portfolio, strengthening relationships with customers, and driving value for stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Foster long-term relationships with end-users in the assigned territory by understanding and addressing customer needs.
    • Expand test menus and introduce new product offerings in alignment with Beckman Coulter's portfolio.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
    • Deliver product training for end-users and support internal teams in sales and service.
    • Collaborate with marketing to promote newly launched tests and regulatory teams for field safety notifications.
    • Support clinical project execution and provide expertise in external quality control programs (e.g., RIQAS).
    • Engage with customers remotely or in person, providing seamless support and solutions.

    Qualifications and Experience


    • B.Sc. in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory Sciences.
    • Proven diagnostic or laboratory experience with a strong clinical and commercial focus.
    • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
    • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and a willingness to travel extensively.
    • Highly agile, flexible, and customer-centric with a commitment to driving results.
