ROLE OVERVIEW
The Commercial & Customer Solutions Specialist you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Port of NEOM by providing excellent customer service and support to our logistics partners. You'll work closely with the Customer Solutions team to optimize processes, improve safety, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in relavent field.
- Experience working on projects and leading teams.
- Knowledge of port operations, logistics, and shipping.
- Experience handling heavy cargo.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
