Position Summary:We are seeking a strategic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales and commercial operations in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the GCC market dynamics and a proven track record in managing diverse sales channels, including B2B, B2C, HoReCa, wholesale, distributors, and modern trade. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities in this dynamic and competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the GCC region to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.Lead and manage the regional sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, modern trade retailers, and HoReCa partners.Oversee the execution of sales plans across all channels (B2B, B2C, HORECA, wholesale, and modern trade) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and anticipate customer needs.Drive new product launches and ensure effective market penetration by aligning efforts across all sales channels.Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and key accounts to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all commercial activities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business relationships.
