We are seeking a Construction Coordinator & Document Controller to manage project correspondence, document control, and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The role is responsible for handling official emails, drafting project documents, maintaining organized records, and ensuring proper document flow in accordance with project and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Communication
• Manage official project correspondence via email with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Draft, review, and format letters, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Track incoming and outgoing communications and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate between project managers, engineers, and site teams in addition to the work of handling permissions in all steps for work
Document Control
• Maintain and control all project documents (drawings, specifications, correspondence, approvals)
• Implement and follow document numbering, filing, and revision control systems
• Ensure documents are properly logged, distributed, and archived
• Maintain up-to-date records of approved, superseded, and revised documents
• Prepare document registers and status reports as required
Administrative Support

• Discretion and confidentiality in handling project information
Preferred Skills
• Experience in construction or engineering projects
• Familiarity with consultant and client submission procedures
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and revision tracking
• Experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
