Job Description

As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Supervise all facets of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to successful execution and on-schedule completion, while managing project finances and timelines.Work hand in hand with clients, architects, and regulatory agencies to procure permits and approvals, ensuring unwavering adherence to legal mandates, codes, and regulations throughout the project's lifecycle.Work in conjunction with a team of industry professionals, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to harmonize project efforts, prioritize safety, and maintain excellence in construction quality.Team up with a variety of construction specialists, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to efficiently manage project tasks, enforce safety measures, and uphold rigorous quality standards.Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project leadershipDevelops and executes project work plans using with the project teamManages conflicts as they arise that jeopardize the success of the project that come from resource constraints, requirement changes, technical risks, communication problemsEstablish the scope of various projects, establish a project charter and schedule, identify project teams and/or actors, participate in all stages of project development and take part in commercial planning for projectsPlan and coordinate meetings with multidisciplinary teamsMonitor projects with Global and partners and ensure that forms are completed as requiredEnsure timely delivery of projects, prioritize development’s commercial agreements, develop contingency plans and make recommendations to senior management and the BD teamPropose improvements to the project management processManage the database and ensure database precision with regard to data entry and software upgradesPrepare and coordinate alignment meetings for projects to be deliveredEstablish project strategiesDevelop and monitor project budgetsManage, lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teamsGive presentations both internally and externally on the progress of projectsEffectively lead team meetingsIdentify ineffective processes, offer solutions and implement improvementsManage design of lots sizes and product design with engineers and other consultantsOversee planning and design to ensure that developer’s financial goals are metOversee entire marketing process from brand development to final salesSelect, recommend and manage appropriate vendor(s) leaders
