Position Summary The CRM Developer – Banking is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to support banking operations, sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, streamlining relationship management, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable CRM platforms aligned with banking regulations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Customization Design, develop, configure, and customize CRM platforms (e.
g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM, or equivalent).
Implement workflows, business rules, automation, and customer journeys for banking use cases.
Develop custom components, plugins, APIs, and integrations as required.
System Integration & Data Management Integrate CRM with core banking systems, loan origination systems, digital channels, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across systems.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Banking Use Cases Support Enable CRM functionality for sales pipelines, relationship management, customer onboarding, KYC, service requests, complaints, and campaign management.
Support SME, Retail, and Corporate banking relationship managers with CRM enhancements.
Customize dashboards and reports for business, compliance, and management teams.
Security, Risk & Compliance Implement role-based access control, data security, and audit trails in line with banking policies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.
g., KYC/AML, data privacy, internal audit).
Support security reviews, penetration testing, and regulatory audits.
Agile Delivery & Support Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
Provide production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience 3–7 years of experience as a CRM Developer or similar role.
2+ years experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, etc.
). Technical Skills Strong expertise in CRM customization and configuration.
Experience with CRM development tools and languages: Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL Dynamics 365: C#, .
NET, Power Platform, JavaScript API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
Database knowledge (SQL, data modeling).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
