The British Council in Riyadh is seeking two Customer Services Advisors to provide an outstanding customer experience, handling enquiries about our English language and Examination services while meeting sales targets and supporting both the Teaching Centre and Exams teams. You will act as our ambassador, delivering professional, friendly service across multiple channels and managing customer data with accuracy. This role requires building rapport with prospective customers, maximising sales conversion, and maintaining high standards in all customer interactions. You will also support administrative processes, including registrations, payments, and satisfaction surveys, and work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.





Applicants must have excellent English (B2 level or above), Arabic (C1), a Higher Diploma or equivalent, proven customer service and sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills, and a target-driven, resilient approach. CRM experience and relevant qualifications are desirable.

•    Monthly Basic Salary: 4820 SAR, Housing Allowance -1400 SAR and Transport allowance – 700 SAR
•    Other:  The role is open to candidates who have legal right to work and are located/based in KSA.
