Job Purpose:

To review, validate, and approve new customer account opening requests submitted by the Sales team, ensuring full compliance with approved account opening policies and requirements, while providing reporting and operational support to the Account Management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive new customer account opening requests from the Sales team.
  • Review and verify customer information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all account opening requests comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Approve or reject account opening requests and communicate required corrections or missing information.
  • Accurately enter and update customer data in the company systems (CRM/ERP).
  • Coordinate with Sales staff to resolve discrepancies or incomplete submissions.
  • Support sales reports and other operational reports as required.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data governance policies.
  • Provide data and reporting support to the Account Manager.

  • Return or suspend non-compliant or incomplete requests for correction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
