Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our logistic operations in Riyadh.Delivery manager provides support for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products, managing a team of drivers and delivery staff (outsourcing), and implementing strategies to improve overall delivery processes.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily delivery operations in Riyadh, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customersSupervise and lead a team of drivers and delivery staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times.Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of delivery orders.Monitor delivery performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall delivery operations.Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to address customer inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and ensure a seamless delivery experience.Identify and implement innovative technologies and solutions to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills

Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of delivery operations and logistics managementDemonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of delivery professionals.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance delivery operations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries and concerns.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in the logistics and delivery industry.Proficiency in utilizing delivery management software and technologies to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
