Distribution & Logistics

Manage and execute all logistics, field, and operational activities for the company, starting from monitoring maritime shipments of raw materials and customs clearance, through transportation, storage, and coordination with the manufacturer, and ending with distributing products to retailers, monitoring sales and collections, and ensuring the correct availability of products at points of sale.

First: Shipping and Customs Clearance

• Monitor maritime shipments of raw materials from the exporting country until they arrive at the port.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, freight agents, and customs brokers.
• Follow up on customs clearance procedures and issue clearance permits.
• Ensure all required documents are complete (invoices, shipping bills, certificates, etc.).
• Address any comments or delays until the shipment exits the port.

Second: Transportation and Storage

• Supervise the transportation of goods from the port to the warehouse (third party).
• Coordinate with transportation companies and ensure the safety of goods during loading and unloading.
• Ensure the proper storage of raw materials and finished products in the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory arrangement, separate items, and maintain storage quality.

Third: Coordination with the Manufacturer

• Transport raw materials from the warehouse to the contracted manufacturer.
• Monitor receiving and delivering operations with the manufacturer.
• Receive finished products after manufacturing and ensure quantities and condition.
• Transport finished products from the manufacturer to the warehouse.

Fourth: Distribution and Retailers

• Distribute products to retailers and supermarkets.
• Issue and deliver invoices and follow up on receiving operations.
• Coordinate with branches and customers regarding orders and re-supply.
• Ensure products arrive on time and in the required condition.

Fifth: Collections and Bank Deposits

• Collect financial amounts from customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and amounts due.
• Deposit collected amounts in the company's bank account.
• Deliver financial reports and documents to management.

Sixth: Merchandising and Monitoring Points of Sale

• Classify products on shelves in branches and points of sale.
• Ensure compliance with the approved display method.
• Visit branches weekly to monitor:

• Sales quantities
• Display and arrangement condition
• Submit periodic reports with observations and sales movement.

Seventh: Inventory and Monitoring

• Implement periodic inventory for the warehouse and products.
• Match actual quantities with inventory records.
• Report any discrepancies or damages.
• Update inventory records regularly.
