As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems.
Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications.
You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in administering e-learning systems or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
Experience with content authoring tools and multimedia software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for e-learning content.
Experience with analytics tools to track e-learning effectiveness and user engagement.
Certifications related to e-learning or instructional design are a bonus.
