The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:
Undertakes MEP engineering tasks ensuring compliance with Mace standards.
Delivers MEP services engineering and supports programme, HSW, quality, and commissioning.
Builds strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provides technical input for tendering and procurement strategies.
Reviews contracts, scopes, schedules, and supports commercial teams.
Deploys technical plans aligned with Mace priorities, including prefabrication and safety.
Reviews consultant/trade information for compliance and sustainability.
Prepares delivery strategies and programmes for all phases.
Implements commissioning standards and monitors productivity.
Supports project close-out, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and net-zero carbon goals.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS and systems integration using a data network controlling, BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV/ Access Control, IPTV/IRS etc
Good knowledge & application of design, construction systems, risk management and mitigation.
Proven knowledge of prefabrication / DfMA build strategies
Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
