The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects within scope, time, and budget. This role ensures alignment between technical teams, departments, vendors, and system integrators throughout the entire ERP lifecycle. By providing comprehensive leadership across all project phases.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across various platforms.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and establish a clear governance structure.
Manage diverse cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, SCM, IT, and external vendors. Conduct head engagement, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular updates to steering committees.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and develop effective mitigation plans.
Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation, including project plans, business requirements, test cases, and training materials.
Go-Live Readiness: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and ensure full go-live readiness.
Track vendor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Education: Information Technology or Computer Science or Business Administration or MIS
Certificate: PMP (Project Management Professional)
Language: Arabic English ( Required )
Technical Skills: Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo.
Familiarity with ERP data migration (FBDI, ADFDI, DMF, configuration packages)
Coordination of middleware/API integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Power Automate)
Power BI, Excel Dashboards, Project Status Templates
Functional Skills: Develop and manage ERP project plans, milestones, and critical paths
Liaise between business, IT, vendors, and third-party consultants
Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, manage escalations
Manage project budget, handle change requests, and control scope creep
Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience
