Tender and Bid Preparation:o Understand contract details and bid requirements.o Prepare professional bid documents and submissions.3. Market Awareness:o Stay updated on local market rates for materials, labor, and services.o Monitor fluctuations in raw material prices and associated costs.4. Specialized Software Usage:o Proficient in tools like:§ AutoCAD for engineering drawing analysis.§ Microsoft Excel for preparing detailed cost tables.§ Primavera or MS Project for time and resource management.§ Quantity take-off software like CostX or Bluebeam.5. Compliance and Standards:o Ensure adherence to local and international construction codes and standards.6. Negotiation and Risk Analysis:o Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal prices.o Analyze hidden costs and assess potential project risks.7. Knowledge of the Etimad.sa Bid System:o Familiarity with Etimad.sa for managing bids is an advantage.8.
